We are an emerging enterprise in the field of livestock farming & marketing. Our farm was started in the year 2011, in a view to provide healthy and protein rich meat to the people.
Our Farm provides spacious and healthy environment to the animals we raise. We have a healthy and bulk flock of Kadaknath Parent stock. With this we are able to produce as much of 2000 active and healthy chicks per week.
Farm expansion is planned in 7 acres of land surrounded by dunes, located 15kms away from the highway ( NH - 7 ), fully isolated from all kinds of pollution. We hope it would be the ideal environment for a farm.
We concentrate on different species that are not generally reared by other farmers. We select species that are nutritious to the mankind, with added medicinal value and without any side effects. So we are able to supply different varieties of meat that are not regularly available in the market.
Right now our core concentration is on Kadaknath, a Black Meat Chicken ( BMC ) breed, native to Madhyapradesh, India. It’s well known for its tasty meat and medicinal properties. It’s launched in Salem market by January 2013, creating an excitement among the meat lovers of City.
It has also attracted people all over Tamilnadu & Pondicherry through a News paper article about Kadaknath Chicken and our farm dated 18/01/2013 in Kalai kadhir and Dinamalar ( leading Tamil dailies ). Out of eager people travel all the way to Salem from various parts of Tamilnadu like Chennai, Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode, Hosur, Krishnagiri, Namakkal., etc & also Pondicherry for buying Kadaknath chicken.
A meat variety of Pigeon named “KB Meat Pigeon” is under developmental stage. This variety of squab is supposed to offer younger, tender and bulk piece of meat in a bird. Its market launch is planned in early 2014.
We plan to step in to the retail market in the name of “KB Meat Protein”. Our retail shop will offer all varieties of meat to its customers covering all major cities of Tamilnadu by the end of 2013. It will bring a difference in the meat buying experience of the people.
